BLOOD MACHINES : The Last Campaign
:UPDATE: They hit goal way way early but if you're a fan or want to see this movie or get a blu-ray or something.. there is still time to back the production! :headbang:
I don't usually do this but if you're a fan of Carpenter Brut and you liked Turbo Killer.. well, you will want to back Blood Machines. It's a movie in production based on Turbo killer. They have a kickstarter trying to get some more funds to finish the movie. If you're a fan of Carpenter Brut or you like Sci-fi 'bladerunner' style moves, please think about donating to them. I have and I am really looking forward to this movie!
Motley Crue - The Dirt (Netflix)
I thoroughly enjoyed this flick. Hats off to netflix because I had no idea this was even coming! Of course, I had to watch it, bad or good, because they were one of my favorite bands in the 1980's. I am happy I did not listen to the movie critics because what a fast, fun, emotional ride this movie is! The acting was very good.. Vince was a little off but the guy that played him still did a good job. They touch on most of the major issues that the band went through as well. I had the opportunity to play this cool game made by ~CatofAzathoth (https://www.deviantart.com/catofazathoth) called Retrowaver 1988. It's very early on but the game is quite fun and heavily stylized in the 80's retro style. It has a 'new retro wave' thing going on and it's perfect for the game. You are in, what looks to be, virtual reality and you must 'hack' your way through each randomly generated level. That pretty much consists of you trying to figure out the pattern of these nodes you must hit in a certain order to proceed to the next level.
